Procedure:
It is the intention of the employer to encourage the employee to maintain continuity of service, and to this end
this appointment and contract will be renewed automatically on a two-year basis unless either party notifies the
other in writing of his desire to terminate the contract six (6) months before its expiry. In the event of
termination of contract, all accrued salary will be paid on departure.
